ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for participants of BESTInfra 2017 has been reserved at hotels of different price categories at walking distance from the conference venue or near the public transport. Kindly note that all capacities are limited and all requests will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis. Requests received after 20 August 2017 will be confirmed only if the hotels are not fully booked.

Reservation

To book accommodation, please fill in the online accommodation form. Inscription of your credit card data through the internet is SSL certified. Alternatively, you can print out and fill in the PDF accommodation form and send it by email or by fax to the conference secretariat.

Hotel Deposits and Cancellation Fees

Reservation will be guaranteed only after payment of the first night deposit is received. The balance of the hotel account should be settled by 20 August 2017.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.

The already received payment will be refunded in accordance with the following rules:

Please note that most of the common credit cards include also insurance against cancellation fees. Please ask you credit card institution for details to avoid the cancellation fees. You can also insure against cancellaton fees in most of the common travel agencies.

Confirmation of Reservation

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your accommodation form and the first night deposit. The hotel voucher will be sent by airmail or as a PDF document via email after receipt of the total amount. Reservation changes should be communicated directly to the conference secretariat and NOT to the hotels.

Additional Advice

Please note that September is one of the busiest tourist times of the year and hotels might be completely booked out. The capacities are limited and it is important to reserve your hotel in advance. Prague offers a wide range of accommodation possibilities and Conference Partners Prague will make an effort to satisfy every request. If you do not find a suitable option in the list of recommended hotels, please do not hesitate to contact us for individual offers.If you want to make a reservation of your own, please be aware that hotels in Prague often display internet prices without VAT, breakfast, and the city tax, which together form a substantial amount. Hotels often use variable pricing during the season and prices and conditions might change dramatically. Sometimes internet agencies offer low prices without having the rooms reserved and then provide rooms in a different area of the city.

Masarykova kolej *** / ** - CTU student residence, Thákurova 1, Prague 6 /SOLD OUT/

Masarykova kolej is one of the accommodation facilities of the Czech Technical University in Prague. It is conveniently located on the CTU campus, just 5 minutes from the conference venue and from the metro station Dejvická. All rooms in the *** hotel part are equipped with their own bathroom and WC and other amenities.
