Registration

By filling the registration form.

Registration fee includes: admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, Icebreaker party (September 12, 2020), lunches and coffee breaks during the scientific sessions.

Student fee applies only to students with valid student ID card. Scan of ID card must be sent to organizers in pdf file during registration (via email to: prague2020@conferencepartners.cz). Student ID card must be also presented at the registration desk on the conference. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

For bank transfers the sender bears the transaction fees.

Cancellation of registration:

• before April 30, 2020 will be subject to an administration fee of 50 EUR
• from April 30, 2020 to June 30, 2020 — 50% refund will be given
• from July 1st, 2020 — no refund of registration fee will be provided but a substitute is allowed
