All tours are guided by English speaking guides. The prices are per person including VAT. All tours specially organized for the participants of the Symposium will take place if attended by at least 15 persons. If the number of persons interested in the tour is less than 15, Conference Partners Prague Ltd. will offer similar alternative tours organized by regular tour operators. The tours of regular tour operators will also be available before and after the Symposium as well as on site at the registration desk of the Symposium. To book any of the tours be so kind and fill in the Tours form (PDF). The form should be sent by mail or by fax (+ 420 224 261 703) to the address of the Conference Partners Prague Ltd..

Reservation will be guaranteed only after receipt of the payment for the chosen tours.

If the tours are booked in advance cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference Partners Prague Ltd.. Cancellation without any charges is possible until April 1, 2011. After this date 100 % cancellation fee will be charged.

Confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of the Tours form and the payment. The tour voucher will be sent as PDF document via email.

The prices indicated in the Tours form are displayed in Euros (converted from the local currency Czech Crowns /CZK rates) and are per person including VAT. In case of exchange rate changes by more than 5% Conference Partners Prague Ltd. has the right to modify the prices.
