All tours to the castles and to Kutna Hora are operated daily except Mondays. The Jewish Prague Tour is operated daily except Saturdays.

 

Konopiště Castle (4 hours bus tour)
Price per person: EUR 41
This tour will take the guests to one of the most noteworthy castles close to Prague, the lovely hunting castle Konopišt. built in the 14th century and rebuilt in the 19th century. It houses fascinating collections of historical weapons, furniture, paintings and tapestries. After a guided tour helping the visitors to become acquainted with its history, the guests will return to Prague.

Kutná Hora (5 hours bus tour)

Due to the prosperous silver mines Kutná Hora became, after Prague, the second most important town of the Bohemian Kingdom in the Middle Ages. Its increasing wealth and prosperity led to the rich architectural development of the town and gave rise to St. Barbara's cathedral, palaces - Italian Court with Royal Mint, burghers´ houses and churches, the Stone House and other gothic and renaissance monuments also date from this period. Kutná Hora was declared a world heritage site and has been protected by UNESCO thereafter. On request you can also visit the Ossuary.

Grand City Tour of Prague (3,5 hours, bus and walking tour)

The object of this mostly walking tour is to help the guests to become acquainted with the city´s historical district and its remarkable monuments. The tour includes a visit to the Prague Castle where you will admire the Old Royal Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral and St. George Basilica, and continues through the Lesser Town, over the Charles Bridge and into the Old Town Square with its famous astronomical_clock.

Karlštejn Castle (4 hours bus tour)

Visit an outstanding medieval castle, founded and built by Emperor Charles IV between 1348 - 1355 as a depository for the Empire's coronation jewels and state documents. This large gothic castle is situated about 38 km southwest of Prague. After a guided tour helping you to become acquainted with its history, you will return to Prague.

Excursion to Karlovy Vary (9,5 hours bus tour incl. lunch)

This is a renewed spa town located in western Bohemia which gained its reputation by the discovery of natural hot mineral springs. The history of the springs originates in the Middle Ages. The waters are used to treat all kinds of disorders. Today there are 12 hot springs in use and the guests can drink from them. The best known spring called Vridlo ejects its curative water to a height of 17 m. The tour will start with the glass exhibition of the Moser factory. After lunch you will be shown around the spa centre. Afterwards you will be able to swim in the thermal water swimming pool of the hotel Thermal. Take your towel and swimming suit with you. Lunch is included.

City Tour of Prague-Jewish Quarter (2,5 hours mostly walking tour)
Price per person: EUR 38
This mostly walking tour begins with a walk showing you highlights of historical Prague and also includes a visit to the famous Jewish Quarter known as Josefov. After helping you to become acquainted with the history of the former Ghetto and the Old New Synagogue, you will be shown around the Old Jewish Cemetery. You will also visit several synagogues. The excursion passes by the birth place of Franz Kafka and ends in the area of the Old Town Square.
