Accommodation for participants has been reserved in the hotels of several categories. Detailed information of each hotel including on-line reservation is available on the this website. Kindly note that all capacities are limited and all requests will be considered in order of receipt. Requests received after February 10, 2011 (a+b) and March 10, 2011 (for all other hotels)  will be confirmed only within possibilities left. Accommodation reservations after the deadline are possible, the requests will be handled individually.

To book accommodation, a completed Accommodation form should be sent by mail or by fax (+ 420 224 261 703) to  Conference Partners Prague Ltd. On-line reservation is available on this website, see online form. Inscription of your credit card data through the internet is secured.

Reservation will be guaranteed only after receipt of the first night deposit. The balance of hotel account for Holiday Inn (a) and Corinthia Towers (b) should be covered 2 months before arrival: 100% of the whole booking value. The final payment deadline of the whole booking value for all other hotels is March 10, 2011.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Conference Partners Prague Ltd. The payment of accommodation will be refunded in accordance with the following cancellation fees:
 

Cancellation fees for Holiday Inn (a) and Corinthia Towers (b):

Cancellation within 59 – 30 days prior to arrival:   50 % of the whole booking value

Cancellation within 29 –   0 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the whole booking value

Cancellation fees for all other hotels:

Cancellation within 30 – 21 days prior to arrival:   30 % of the whole booking value

Cancellation within 20 – 15 days prior to arrival:   50 % of the whole booking value

Cancellation within 14 –   7 days prior to arrival:   80 % of the whole booking value

Cancellation within   6 –   0 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the whole booking value

Please note that most of the common credit cards include also insurance against cancellation fees. Please ask your credit card institution for details to avoid the cancellation fees. You can also insure against cancellation fees in most of the common travel agencies or insurance companies.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon the receipt of your Accommodation form and the hotel deposit. The hotel voucher will be sent as PDF document by email after receipt of the total amount. The hotel voucher should be presented at the hotel reception after arrival. Reservation changes should be made directly to Conference Partners Prague Ltd. and NOT to the hotels.

Accommodation prices are displayed in Euros (converted from the local currency Czech Crowns /CZK rates) single or double rooms are charged per night, including breakfast, VAT and city fees.   In case of exchange rate changes by more than 5% Conference Partners Prague Ltd. has the right to modify the prices.

Please note that in April starts the busiest tourist time of the year and hotels might be completely sold out. The capacities are limited. It is important to reserve your hotel in advance. Prague offers a wide range of accommodation possibilities and Conference Partners Prague will come up to every request.  

If you do not find in the symposium offer your favourite accommodation, please do not hesitate to contact Conference Partners Prague Ltd.  for special and individual offers. If you want to make reservation on your own, please be aware that hotels in Prague and internet accommodation servers often post internet prices without VAT, breakfast, and the city tax, which together are substantial amounts. Hotels often use variable pricing during the season and prices might change dramatically. Sometimes internet agencies offer low prices without having the rooms reserved, or they reserve rooms in different area of the city.
